How do you make money if the design is free?
The design is how we earn the subscription. We make money when churches stay, so we build something worth staying for. The $49 monthly website hosting fee covers hosting, care, and unlimited content updates, and it starts the day your site goes live.
What does "unlimited content updates" actually include?
Unlimited updates to the pages your church already has: text, service times, events, staff, photos, sermons, alert banners, and up to two new pages a month that reuse an existing layout. Most updates are live within two business days, and urgent changes received by noon Eastern go live the same day. You send every update by text or email, whichever is easier. New layouts, redesigns, integrations, and from-scratch pages get a quote before we start. Everyday updates like service times, announcements, calendar listings, and sermon links never count toward your time. Beyond those, your plan includes 5 to 7 hours of our work each week, and if a request would pass that, we say so first. No surprise bills.
Do we have to switch our online giving?
No. We link to whatever you use now: Tithe.ly, Planning Center, Stripe, Realm, or a simple mail-to address. Your giving stays exactly where it is.
Why not just use Tithe.ly or Clover ourselves?
Those are software tools, and they are fine tools. But somebody at your church still has to pick the template, write the pages, post the sermons, and fix what breaks. That somebody is usually the pastor, late at night. Tov is the person who does it for you.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep your domain and your content. The site stays live for 30 days after cancellation so nothing breaks while you transition. There is no fee and no hard feelings. Churches leave when the season changes, and we would rather part well.
Who writes the content?
You do, in the sense that every word on the site comes from your church: your wording, your beliefs, your times, your ministries. We shape it for the web and we never invent facts. If we cannot verify something, we ask you before it goes on the site.
How long does the whole thing take?
Most churches go from demo request to launch in under a week. The demo itself takes a day or two to build. The rest is the revision round and pointing your domain, which takes about ten minutes with our walkthrough.
What denominations do you work with?
All of them. Your denomination, your beliefs, and your wording stay exactly as they are.
Will our site show up on Google and AI assistants?
Every build includes search basics: proper titles, local business markup, a sitemap, and service times written so both Google and AI assistants answer them correctly. Your monthly report shows where your visitors come from.
