Plain language, because fine print should not need a lawyer.
The service. Tov designs, builds, hosts, and maintains your church's website for a $49 monthly website hosting fee, or $490 per year.
Billing. Billing starts the day your site goes live, not before. Cancel anytime; the agreement is month to month and there is no cancellation fee.
Updates. Unlimited content updates to your existing pages, as described on the pricing page. Most updates are live within two business days; urgent changes received by noon Eastern go live the same day. Larger work gets a quote before we start.
Your content. Everything on the site belongs to your church: wording, photos, and media you provide. You confirm that you have the rights to anything you send us.
Fair use. Everyday updates (service times, announcements, calendar and event listings, sermon links, staff changes, photo swaps, and wording edits) never count toward your time. Beyond the everyday, the plan includes 5 to 7 hours of update work each week; if requests grow past that, we tell you before doing anything and offer a quote. No surprise bills.
